- Long open time.
CR-G120 is a hydrophilically modified isocyanate curing agent designed for waterborne two-component polyurethane systems. It features high functionality, low viscosity, high isocyanate content, and fast curing speed. When combined with waterborne polyurethane resins or waterborne acrylic resins, it significantly improves bonding strength, heat resistance, and hydrolysis resistance of bonded products. It is suitable for printing, leather finishing, automotive interior adhesives, shoe adhesives, vacuum lamination adhesives, and other applications.
Solvents may be added for dilution; urethane-grade solvents are recommended. Conduct specific tests before use.

Recommended addition level: 3.0–5.0%. Use up within 8 hours at 25℃.
Generally compatible with esters, ether esters, xylene, and Naphtha No.100. Test solubility and compatibility for each solvent. Only urethane-grade solvents are allowed. Water content must not exceed 0.05%.
A crosslinker suitable for waterborne systems requiring good bond stability and chemical resistance. Despite moderate hydrophilicity, it emulsifies readily in water even under low shear common in industry. Coatings formulated with this product produce high-gloss, low-haze films.
When mixed with hydrophilic curing agents (especially ionic hydrophilic polyol dispersions), pre-dilute with water or add small amounts of organic co-solvents to control viscosity rise. Balanced moderate hydrophilicity and high functionality enable fast drying and rapid hardening of waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings, delivering high final hardness and excellent chemical resistance.
| Prolonged storage at low temperatures may cause irreversible damage. Keep containers sealed; otherwise, water evaporation forms an insoluble polymer film on the surface. |
Use within 12 months from production date.
| Expiration of the 12-month shelf life does not mean the product is out of specification. Test before use to verify compliance with specifications and technical parameters. |
