Product Introduction

CN-108 Waterborne Polyurethane Dispersion is an anionic waterborne polyurethane resin using water as the dispersion medium. It features low VOCs, safe, non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating. It offers excellent adhesion to substrates such as PVC and PET, suitable for coatings on PVC, PET and other plastic substrates, as well as for the preparation of water-based inks for PVC, PET and other substrates.

Storage

Store in the original sealed container.
Recommended storage temperature: 6–28℃.
Use within 6 months from the production date.
Avoid direct sunlight and contamination by other substances.

Prolonged storage at low temperature may cause irreversible damage to the product. Keep the container tightly sealed; otherwise, water evaporation will form an insoluble polymer film on the product surface. Expiry of the 6month shelf life does not necessarily mean the product is out of specification. Please test before application to verify its compliance.

Precautions

Adding curing agent can improve fastness but may affect the hand feel.
Water-based resin added with crosslinking agent must be used within 24 hours.
This product is synthesized from special polyester, and the dry film provides excellent water resistance; the water-based emulsion may still have decomposition risk, so advance testing is required for long-term storage and application.
