Product Introduction

CN-115 is a high-performance aromatic waterborne polyurethane resin. It is safe, non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating. The film is transparent, hard yet tough, smooth with good gloss. It can be used as a waterborne adhesive for metal, plastic, wood, paper, printing ink, etc., and also as a soft substrate coating for genuine leather, synthetic leather, printing paste, textiles, paper, etc. The environmental test results of this product meet the standards of Europe, America and Japan (environmental test report is available upon request).

Storage

Store in the original sealed container.
Recommended storage temperature: 6–28°C.
Use within 6 months from the production date.
Avoid direct sunlight and contamination by other substances.

Prolonged storage at low temperature will cause irreversible damage to the product. Keep the container sealed; otherwise, water evaporation will form an insoluble polymer film on the surface. Expiry of the 6-month shelf life does not mean the product is out of specification. Please test before use to verify its compliance.

Precautions

Adding a curing agent can improve fastness but may affect the hand feel.
Waterborne resin with crosslinking agent must be used within 24 hours.
This product is synthesized with special polyester; the dry film provides excellent water resistance. The waterborne emulsion may degrade during long-term storage, so pre-testing is recommended before use.
