CN-301Y Waterborne Polyurethane Dispersion is a cationic waterborne polyurethane resin. It is safe, non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating. The film is transparent, smooth, medium-hard, non-sticky with good adhesion. It can be used as a waterborne adhesive or coating for metal, plastics (PVC, PET, PC, ABS, etc.), rubber (NBR, etc.), leather and other substrates. The environmental test results of this product meet the standards of Europe, America and Japan.

Storage

Store in the original sealed container.
Recommended storage temperature: 6–28 °C.
Use within 6 months from the production date.
Avoid direct sunlight and contamination by other substances.

Prolonged storage at low temperature may cause irreversible damage to the product. Keep the container tightly sealed; otherwise, water evaporation will form an insoluble polymer film on the product surface. Expiry of the 6month shelf life does not necessarily mean the product is out of specification. Please test before application to verify its compliance.

Precautions

Adding a curing agent can improve fastness but may affect hand feel.
Waterborne resin with crosslinking agent must be used within 24 hours.
This product is a cationic resin and shall not be mixed with other anionic resins or additives. Polyurethane thickeners of our company are recommended.
