Product Features
The emulsion has small particle size and uniform distribution, strong adsorption to fabrics, high crosslink density, and excellent water resistance.
The emulsion features good leveling and rheology, high transparency, high gloss, excellent rubbing resistance and soaping fastness.
The film is full and moderately soft, retaining good elasticity and flexibility even at low temperatures.
Good processability and operability.
Delivers excellent results in printing and coating on denim, cotton, polyester-cotton blends, nylon stretch fabrics and other textiles. It can be mixed with printing auxiliaries to prepare suitable printing pastes and coating pastes for machine printing, coating and hand printing.
CN-201 Denim Paste Resin is an anionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion with high wear resistance, washing resistance, high gloss, and excellent adhesion. It forms a moderately soft, high-strength and tough film, specially designed as a high-performance emulsion for denim paste, denim coating and glossy coating.

Storage
Store in the original sealed container.
Recommended storage temperature: 6–28 °C.
Use within 6 months from the production date.
Avoid direct sunlight and contamination by other substances.
Prolonged storage at low temperature may cause irreversible damage to the product. Keep the container tightly sealed; otherwise, water evaporation will form an insoluble polymer film on the product surface. Expiry of the 6 month shelf life does not necessarily mean the product is out of specification. Please test before application to verify its compliance.
Precautions
Adding a curing agent can improve fastness but may affect hand feel.
Waterborne resin with crosslinking agent must be used within 24 hours.
This product shall not be mixed with other cationic resins.
