CN-806 is a high-solid aromatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion independently developed by our company, with excellent performance reaching the advanced domestic level. This product is safe, non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating, and can be used as a coating for flexible substrates such as plastics and textiles (especially nylon fabrics). Its environmental test results meet the standards of Europe, the United States and Japan (environmental test reports can be provided upon request).

Application Scope

Can be used as a coating for flexible substrates such as plastics and textiles (especially nylon fabrics).

Packaging , Transportation , Storage

Packaging: Plastic drums, 50 kg and 125 kg.
Transportation: Shipping or self-pickup.
Storage:① Store in a ventilated and dry place at 5℃–35℃, avoid direct sunlight or freezing. Shelf life: 6 months.② Non-dangerous goods.

Prolonged storage at low temperatures may cause irreversible damage to the product. Keep the container sealed; otherwise, water evaporation will form an insoluble polymer film on the surface. Expiration of the 6-month shelf life does not mean the product is out of specification. Test before use to verify compliance with specifications and technical parameters.

Precautions

Adding a curing agent can improve fastness but may affect hand feel.
The slurry with crosslinking agent must be used up within 24 hours.
Since the product is synthesized from special hydrolysis-resistant polyester, the dry film has good hydrolysis resistance. However, slow hydrolysis may still occur during storage of the dispersion. It is recommended to use the product immediately after purchase.
