CN-6017 is an anionic waterborne polyurethane resin. It is safe and eco-friendly, with transparent film, smooth film formation, medium-hard non-tacky surface, and good temperature resistance and aging resistance. It can be used as a waterborne adhesive or coating for plastics (PVC, PC, ABS, etc.), paper, leather, etc.

Storage

Store in the original sealed container.
Recommended storage temperature: 6–28 °C.
Use within 6 months from the production date.
Avoid direct sunlight and contamination by other substances.

Prolonged storage at low temperatures may cause irreversible damage to the product. Keep the container sealed; otherwise, water evaporation will form an insoluble polymer film on the surface. Expiration of the 6-month shelf life does not mean the product is out of specification. Test before use to verify compliance with specifications and technical parameters.

Precautions

Adding a curing agent can improve fastness but may affect hand feel.
Waterborne resin added with crosslinking agent must be used within 24 hours.
This product is an anionic resin. Do not mix with other cationic resins or additives. Our polyurethane thickener can be used to adjust emulsion viscosity.
This product is synthesized with special materials. The dry film offers excellent water resistance. However, the aqueous emulsion may decompose during long-term storage. Please test in advance before using long-stored product.
