Product Introduction

CN-113 Waterborne Polyurethane Dispersion is a high-performance aromatic waterborne polyurethane resin. It is safe, non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating. The film is transparent, soft with slight tack, smooth in formation and high in gloss. It can be used as a waterborne adhesive for metal, plastic, wood, paper, printing ink, etc., and also as a soft substrate coating for genuine leather, synthetic leather, printing paste, textiles, paper, etc. The environmental protection test results of this product meet the standards of Europe, America and Japan (environmental protection test report can be provided upon request).

Storage

Store in the original sealed container.
Recommended storage temperature: 6-28℃.
Use within 6 months from the production date.
Avoid direct sunlight and contamination by other substances.

Prolonged storage at low temperature will cause irreversible damage to the product. Keep the container sealed; otherwise, water evaporation will form an insoluble polymer film on the product surface. Expiry of the above 6-month period does not mean the product is out of specifications or technical parameters. Please test before use to confirm compliance with specifications or technical parameters.

Precautions

Adding curing agent can improve fastness but may affect hand feel.
Waterborne resin added with crosslinking agent must be used within 24 hours.
This product is synthesized with special polyester, and the dry film has excellent water resistance; the waterborne emulsion may decompose during long-term storage, so please test in advance before use.
