Product Introduction

CN-116B is a high-performance aliphatic waterborne polyurethane resin. It is safe, non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating. The film is transparent, continuous, smooth, with high hardness and good gloss. It is a one-component waterborne coating formulation for woodware, rattan ware, bamboo ware, metal, paper, plastic, glass and other substrates.

Storage

Store in the original sealed container.
Recommended storage temperature: 6–28 °C.
Use within 6 months from the production date.
Avoid direct sunlight and contamination by other substances.

Prolonged storage at low temperature will cause irreversible damage to the product. Keep the container sealed; otherwise, water evaporation will form an insoluble polymer film on the surface. Expiry of the 6-month shelf life does not mean the product is out of specification. Please test before use to verify its compliance.

Precautions

Adding a curing agent can improve fastness but may affect the hand feel.
Waterborne resin with crosslinking agent must be used within 24 hours.
This product is synthesized with special polyester; the dry film provides excellent water resistance. The waterborne emulsion may degrade during long-term storage, so pre-testing is recommended before use.
